The Sons of the American Revolution supports patriotic, historical, and educational programs at the chapter, state, and national levels. CFLSAR participates in youth education, JROTC/ROTC recognition, flag certificates, veterans recognition, America 250 activities, and public service programs.

Helping students discover the people, ideas, and principles of the American Revolution.
The Central Florida Chapter supports SAR youth education programs that encourage students to study the American Revolution, understand the founding principles of the United States, and develop civic responsibility.

Recognizing cadets who demonstrate leadership, citizenship, and patriotism.
The CFLSAR JROTC/ROTC Committee provides patriotic outreach to Senior and Junior ROTC programs in Florida schools. The committee recognizes deserving cadets and helps connect students with the patriotic and historical mission of the SAR.

Flag Certificates
Recognizing proper display and respectful retirement of the American flag.
The CFLSAR Flag Committee recognizes individuals, homes, businesses, and organizations that properly display the American flag. The committee may also recognize proper flag retirement and help promote respect for the flag in the community.

Veterans Recognition
Serving those who served our country.
CFLSAR members support veterans through Honor Flights, veterans ceremonies, donations, visits, Wreaths Across America, funerals, and other acts of service. The chapter encourages members to report even small acts of service because small contributions add up to meaningful support.

~Donating personal care items to veteran-serving organizations
